Artist Richard Freeman captured the legend that is actor David Gulpilil for the cover of Derek Riley’s biography.  Once again proving he is the master of portrait photography, Richard adeptly captures this astonishingly talented presence with startling intimacy, poignant vulnerability and humbling beauty.  These images also featured in the Weekend Australian feature spread and will no doubt become synonymous with Gulpilil.
