Photographer Rob Palmer has been nominated for another James Beard Award for Photography for Josh Niland's latest book Take One Fish: The New School of Scale-to-Tail Cooking and Eating.
Josh and Rob are no strangers to the prestigious awards, having previously nabbed Cookbook of the Year in 2020 for The Whole Fish. Fingers and toes crossed for another win in '22!
